We are on the first floor of a renovated Grade II listed Victorian flour mill, which provides a welcoming, versatile and affordable space. Available to rent as a photographic studio on a half or full day basis. Can also be booked as an exhibition, events or workshop space

Half day dry hire rate is £100 (4 hours) and £150 full day hire. Hourly rate at £30 per hour for up to 3 hours.

Based in Beeston, a 10 minute drive from Nottingham City Centre and 20 minutes from Derby City Centre. The studio is directly adjacent to 'Derby Street South' car park and less than a two minute walk from NET tram and NCT bus transport. Ten minute walk to Beeston train station which links to Nottingham, Derby and London. We are here




Open-plan space with 11ft high ceiling and 10x large original windows facing both east and west for natural lighting and fitted black-out blinds. A dedicated relaxation area with a sofa and hammock chairs, open office space, studio area. Matte white walls and matt light french grey wooden floor

Studio: Black, white and grey colorama (2.72m/ 9ft wide) with a fixed 3 roll wall hanging system, USB connected fixed projector, black out blinds, 3x black 8ft polyboards, 3x white 8ft polyboards and stands, 12x ceiling hooks for special shoot/ exhibition hanging needs, 2x infared floor-stand heaters, 5x mini heaters/ cool fans, clothes rail, mirrors
